Request for Lilly Science Education Outreach Information
For additional information regarding our science education programs and/or teacher requests for special events, please complete and submit the electronic form that can be accessed by clicking on the “Access Request Form” button below.
Please complete as much information on the request form as possible so that we may appropriately respond to your K-12 educational request.
One of our LSEO volunteers will address your educational request within approximately 10 working days. While all attempts will be made to accommodate your request (e.g. school visits, science fair judges, etc.), we cannot guarantee that it will be filled due to the availability of our volunteers.
